The location was marvellous and beautiful, specially it was close to a bus stop which was useful. Café Millbay Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise...

Spent Xmas there. Nice decor and very clean. Loved the tea and fresh fruit provided on each floor, it added a nice touch. The location was ideal for exploring the neighbourhood and was convenient for doing some Xmas shopping. Public transport stops were just a stone's throw away.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable which made it a bit hard to sleep. , the noise level was a bit high, I could hear doors slamming occasionally.
